Miles for MS 2025

Go your own way!

Miles for MS is back this May! The path of MS is rarely straightforward, so why not make your challenge what you want it to be?

You pick the distance and how you will complete it - it’s your challenge, your way! Whether you walk, run, wheel, scoot, swim, arm cycle or something else, the choice is yours. Get involved with this accessible event and together we can make a difference for people with MS.

About MS Trust

The MS Trust is a UK charity which is here to help everyone make sense of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). We are here for everyone affected by MS, from the moment of diagnosis and throughout their journey. We're here today, tomorrow and every day after that.

About Miles for MS

Since Miles for MS launched in 2018, our amazing Miles for MS stars have raised more than £400,000! Miles for MS has always been focused on being accessible, customisable and promoting a positive spirit for all in the MS community. Registration is free and open now. When you sign up you will be able to set up a personalised fundraising page where you can track your progress and you will be sent an MS Trust t-shirt once you have raised over £10. When you finish, we will send you a certificate and if you raise over £150 you will also receive a special ‘Miles for MS’ medal to wear with pride.

If you are interested in taking part and would like to discuss ideas for the challenge or accessible ways you can get involved in this event, please do get in touch.

To sign up for Miles for MS you need to be 16 years old or over. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up on your behalf (using their name and email address). Why not get them involved in your challenge too?
